Q: Quick question... Tell me does this item in any way work?

It certainly does. I used the included smarty sim card and activated it on a rolling £20 per month unlimited data package. We were getting average speeds of between 35-40mbps that's obviously dependant on location and signal strength where you live. This was for us a temporary solution whilst we were awaiting repairs to our home and had to live in a temporary house, we didn't want to transfer our broadband only to need to transfer it back after a few weeks. So in closing I will say yes this worked its better than I expected but not suitable as a permanent solution for gaming/heavy use compared to legacy providers, virgin, sky, talk talk, bt etc..

I have seen a few review type videos on this item, you have to push the simcard up a little inside till it goes click it , and be sure it is in the right way. I will be trying the network three also , so I hope all will be good. this is just from what I have being seeing as mine arrives mid week next week prime is not always what it should be.

Q: Does this device support sonos systems

i dont know alot about sonos but the huawei B311 router does provide great wifi, i connect mutiple devices smart tvs computers ect,with no problems but it is network dependant, ie" strength of mobile networks you have in your area and which one you choose,it should connect to sonos systems but id check it out first on google for a more detailed answer, and check 4g mobile coverage in your area !
