Needs update and simplier way to connect in order to work.
From the App to how the instructions was constructed and connecting to the “hotspot” device cam connection was i think a major mess. i think that i just wasted my time and money on this. i do hope they make improvements on it very soon and get to work in how wifi is basically working today. i just think it needs to be updated in a technology driven kind of a way and with that, what i mean is, the concept and design is awesome, connection wise, just needs to work more on how to connect with devices these days.

Unscrew the bottom and plug double ended wire from phone or table or laptop to camera
The person who wrote the last review couldnt figure it out but it's not really hard to have to open the bottom of the camer and plug a micro usb in to you phone then you can hook it up to the wifi I think they leave out that tou have to plug your phone in to the bottom not the usb ports

The camera is not hidden and it’s visible

Poor tech support
The cloud service does not bind with the device therefore rendering the device a limited capability to work. Very poor tech support.

Not a good product
This product worked for a minute, then it went offline and we have not gotten it to work again!

Sucks the range is not good enough needs to be real close to the modem
