BEFORE I use any shampoo, conditioner or masque...I use AS I AM CO-WASH. This really adds moisture and helps prep the hair. I wet my hair, then I put it on with a plastic cap for 30 minutes, rinse, then wash, and deep condition. I highly recommend. I'm trying to grow my hair out. It's important that you give your hair a name. My hair's name is "QUEEN E". Like Tabitha Brown calls her hair Donna, mine is QUEEN E. Invest in the best products for your hair journey. Once upon a time I tried this line. I was younger and skin and hair oilier. Getting into menopausal symptoms and now skin and hair are drier. My older scalp and hair love the castor oil formula. Smells great, made hair softer and less fuzzy. A couple of months of use now and I seem to losing less hair with washing and brushing.

I absolutely love this product, and I've been using it for a while. It provides enough slip to easily detangle my hair (I have very wavy/curly hair), and it softens ny hair while also cleaning it. It's a great way to refresh your hair during the week. The only thing I would change is the packaging- it's a screw off lid, and water tends to fill up the container. A pump would be perfect! Highly reccomend for all hair types
