So far this book is very interesting in what I have read I just need to slow down to read it which might be after Christmas! Let u know more later

Some ideas are basic over the counter treatments but I have had great success with the real home remedies suggested.

Many oldfashioned remedies to heal yourself.

Love this book and know I will use it again and again. I only gave 4 stars because I felt it was a little lacking in subject matter. The remedies in it are sound and convenient but a lot of health issues are not included that I think could be. Saving some for a future 2nd edition perhaps?

It is easy and good book

I have not had the opportunity to use this book yet, but it was highly recommended by the Doctors on the TV show The Doctors. Who are always showing other natural alternatives along with traditional medicine on the show. Prevention magazine publishes this book and I have always found their information to be invaluable. So I got the book for "future reference"... Although I have not used it yet or referred to it, I will use it in the future as I do with most of my alternative medicine books. I think they have great info and you never know what will work for you to get you healthy again. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in getting some info from Doctors who actually admit that home remedies do work for may people. Other than just "take this pill and call me in a few weeks if you aren't better."

Get this. Period. It’s organized and easy to use! “When to call a doctor” section! I don’t go online anymore since this has credible information!
