For the Sweet Tooth
I like the taste of this better than true stevia. Expensive but you don't need much either. Works well for pre-diabetics and those concerned with their sugar levels.

GREAT sugar substitute
My body gets inflamed at the slightest bit of sugar - even natural sugars like fruit or honey. I also get inflamed from sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners. As you can imagine, this leaves me with very little recourse. I love making my own snacks with this syrup, and some monkfruit or stevia thrown in. If this had sugar in it, my body would have definitely freaked out at me by now, because it doesn't let me get away with much these days! I definitely recommend this product.

Very Tasty, Healthy and Non- Allergic
Tasty and sweet syrup topinambur ordered to be added to smoothies and oatmeal. My daughter has an allergy to honey and this is a good substitute. Natural and concentrated, just add one teaspoon. Useful and non-allergic product. I am very pleased .

Love it!!!
I will be using this for a long time to come. Not a fan of stevia, and monk fruit sweetener is a little too sweet. Heard about Jerusalem artichokes as a pre-biotic sweetener in Dr. Mark Hyman's books. Topinambur is so good! It tastes like honey. Love it!!

NOT sugar-free as advertised!
BEWARE if you can’t have sugar! This so-called sugar-free product does contain sugar. No-added sugar is not the same as sugar-free. I would like to believe that this is an unintentional error on the part of the seller but here is why I doubt it: 1- the nutrition label is in such small letters that one needs a magnifying glass to see it; 2- the label conveniently omits to list the sugar content. The bar code is unreadable at least by most calorie counting apps. It is easy enough to Google topinambour syrup nutrition facts to learn that it contains plenty of sugar - I should have done that before ordering it but simply believed what they claimed (sugar-free). Amazon was kind enough to reimburse me and I threw the bottle away.
