I drift off to sleep, like non-insomniacs say they do
I have epic insomnia, which is quite resistant to most remedies. A friend, who had grown up on a farm where they grew hops, suggested hops might help because people working on the "hops machine" there had a great deal of difficulty staying awake and alert. Actually, he suggested making a small pillow to put underneath my regular pillow, but I was unable to try that in a timely manner (being extremely sleep lagged at the time, waiting was not an inviting prospect). For once, rather than feeling like I'm about to drop off a cliff and jerking back awake, I drift off to sleep. I awake refreshed and alert after a full night's sleep. Needless to say, I'm thrilled.Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

Sleeping!!
I’m 57 and not a great sleeper. Hops is a sleep inducer so I take it right before I’m feeling sleepy. It works so well!!! I noticed my hot flashes subsided and I’m not getting up to use the bathroom. I’m thrilled that I’m sleeping again!

I use it with magnesium glycinate and melatonin to help me sleep.

Works Well for Rest
This has 340 mg and more capsules than competitor products that (some) only have 10 mg per capsule for pretty close to the same price. Much happier with this product and the results I am getting in falling asleep sooner. I am also pleased because I am able to use the Hops that correspond to the phytogen regime I am using to effectively minimize stenosis and osteoarthritis pain I have in my back shoulders neck and hips.

Ok
It has no taste, which is great, but you are far better off simply buying pellets in bulk, crushing them with a pill crusher and taking it that way. That was my solution to cutting costs. :)If you try to swallow the pellets you might get them caught in your throat (Which is why I use the pill crusher).4 or 5 pellets is the equivalent of 2 pills. That is my guesstimate but pellet sized do very so keep that in mind.

Works surprisingly well for being an herbal supplement vs prescribed medications.
As a person who suffers from severe anxiety along with insomnia, I take this along with 2 other supplements every night at bed and actually have been getting a little bit more sleep than usual, and the sleep is definitely more restful. I take this with blue skullcap and Passion flower extract. Well worth every penny, and you don’t have any of the unpleasant side effects with these either. You don’t wake up feeling groggy or zombie like.
