Q: Beurer HK Can I sleep on this?

I often fall asleep on this under my shoulders. It automatically switches off after an hour so unless you spill liquid on it I can't see a problem. If I wake up in the night I remove it from the bed but frequently it stays there all night under me and I often switch it on again during the night too. It stays flat and doesn't get creased. I've had mine for years now use it all year round due to arthritic pain. The cover is removable and washable so easy to keep it fresh and hygenic.

Q: what is difference between hk25 and hk35?

Hi Eve, The HK35 has the added rapid heat up system. The hygiene removeable cover is made from a fleece fiber making it super soft. The www.beurer.com site has a comparison chart so that you can see the specifications of the products chosen head to head for quick and easy comparisons.

Q: Is it made in China ?

No, I have two of their heat pads. The older one says Made in Germany and the more recent one in the EU.

Q: Is this heat pad made of plastic therefore wipe clean inside the cover?

Yes. The outer cover is removable (there is a zip along one edge) and the heat pad itself is plastic-y and therefore I would say you could wipe it clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
