We are very pleased with this purchase and this company! It arrived quickly and we had extra screws, nuts and washers and 3 allen wrenches which is typically what is missing. Putting it together was a bit tricky but only because some of the plastic was inside the holes which made it a little difficult to get the screws in . Once we figured this out, and checked the holes and removed the plastic, assembly went smoothly. We encountered a problem with one of the bars being too short. I contacted the company. They responded immediately and I had the replacement bar within 6 days! That is excellent customer service which is rare!!!!! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious 6 person bar height outdoor table and chairs. It is well made and the wood top is gorgeous! We are very satisfied with this purchase!

I really liked the dining set! It was a lot bigger than what I had anticipated. Very sturdy & beautiful. My only issue was putting it all together. Some of the screws wouldn't go in correctly and felt like they were cross screwed but we had to keep playing with it til it went thru. So don't give up!

Sturdy table and chairs. Comfortable, looks great on my porch. Good quality finished product. Packaged well to protect it from damage in transit. Assembly was tedious, but no more so than other furniture I have assembled. The biggest problem with assembly was that not all bolt holes were drilled clean. They lined up fine but I had to either pass a screwdriver through to remove the excess plastic or cut the plastic with a box cutter. Overall, not a major hurdle as I've dealt with worse. The instructions are easy to follow.

I was hesitant on purchasing this because sometimes you never know what you’re gonna get! BUT it is a good buy! This comes in 4 separate boxes. It looks overwhelming to assemble and the chairs actually took the longest. Overall, not bad and I sure didn’t want to do it! The seats are sturdy and comfortable and really light weight. The whole thing is light weight! The table is about 4 feet tall and there’s a lot of space for extra food to share on the table. That was one of my concerns was space. Hopefully my picture helps!

I wish I had read reviews about this product before purchasing. In short - it’s crap. Yes, it really will take you HOURS to put together. Some of you may not care because of the price. Be warned! Even if you like putting together furniture with a knuckle busting Allen wrench this will test your patience as so many of the holes through the wicker are incomplete. Ex- In total the chairs have 102 holes you must screw together. Of those 83(!!!!) were not properly drilled. The ONLY reason I was able to make it work was I happened to own a dremel tool that I use on my dogs nails and one of the attachments is a cone drill. I was able to clear out the plastic and properly drill the holes. Other issues: The instructions - why bother? They’re less instructions and more suggestions. Except the part where they tell you to only tighten 50% - definitely listen to that or you won’t be able to put together. Broken pieces: after waiting an additional 2 weeks for a missing box several pieces came broken including a piece of the table and a chair support. Overall the prices just isn’t worth the frustration for the product. If it had turned out to be a well constructed set it would have been one thing but after completion (minus 1 chair and a table piece) I’m left with a set I’m already planning on replacing because it isn’t comfortable, looks cheap, and isn’t sturdy.

I'm writing this review 2 years in...this set was a pain to assemble, which I normally overlook if it's worth the end result. It's a great idea and very compact for smaller spaces, however the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The wood has warped and cracked (see pictures) within six months. The chairs are really small and not all that comfortable. The cushions are stained from water running off the wood and taking the stain with it. Contacted the seller and they don't offer any replacement parts such as the wooden top. Buyer beware. If this is under a roof and away from the elements I think you'll do fine, otherwise look for another solution.

I am glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews! I love this set so much! The assembly did take some time but the finished product is worth it!

There’s no way to put this thing together with an Allen wrench. You need heavy duty drills and a navy seals team. It took two adults and about 12 solid hours to put together. The holes don’t line up, the instructions are horrible. They put plastic pieces covering the holes for no reason. Why, seriously why. The table is ridiculously high. It is a space saver and looks good after the painful, satanic, finger breaking assembly. Oh and the cushions are crap. One of the worst things I’ve ever had to put together and my house is filled with ikea and Amazon furniture. I wouldn’t buy this again unless it guaranteed my entry into heaven. Good luck.
