Hp after sales service is hopeless, I have purchased a printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 Wide Format All-in-One Printer one month back, stopped working after 15days, and now am tired of follow up with HP team, they are not taking calls nor reply to mails, if by mistake they take call then gave reply saying we will send the engineer Tomorrow, but no engineer shows Tomorrow, don’t know which Tomorrow they are taking ofRequest you all don’t fall in their trap, don’t buy HP product
