I bought this as a replacement for my Miele hoover and while it works and does the job, it isn't as good as the original part. It doesn't slot into the different groves so you can only have the extension pole at full length or at the shortest length. It is a little flimsy as well and you have to twiddle with it to get it to lock into place.

This a great, brilliant price , and it extends longer than the one I had.. would buy again

Arrived promptly. Seems to be made of substantial materials as original Miele tube. Had a little problem with it not operating smoothly. We’ll see how it goes.UPDATE - catches have begun to fail. Can only use fully extended and need to forcefully put it in place. But does seemed to be quite sturdy.UPDATE TO UPDATE - DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. DOESN'T FUNCTION PROPERLY AND HASN'T DONE SO FOR QUITE A LONG TIME. WILL HAVE TO REPLACE IT.

Tube seems reasonably good quality but was delivered with a small dent, not quite large enough to warrant returning the item.

Das Teleskoprohr unseres Miele Bodenstaubsaugers ist nach mehr als 20 Jahren nicht mehr richtig zu gebrauchen. Es fehlte die Abdeckung eines Verriegelungsknopfes. KLeider konnte Miele dafür keinen Ersatz zur Verfügung stellen. Ein neues Miele-Teleskoprohr hätte an die 100 Euro !!! gekostet.Dieses hier kostete nur ein Viertel und erfüllt seine Zwecke voll und ganz. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
