Buy this book!!
I love this cookbook!!I bought it having watched the TV series, which both my partner and I loved. I have the Kindle edition - I don't actually have a habit of buying cookbooks (either physical or digital copies), since I already have too many and don't really use them - but I bought this as it was the Kindle deal of the day and I'm so glad I did! We've tried out a few recipes already, mostly ones which we saw on the TV show, although we've tried a few extra too, and I really like them. The ingredients are pretty simple (I hate recipes full of obscure ingredients that are expensive/hard to find), the meals are easy to prepare and everything we've made so far has been delicious.I also like that there is information about how many servings, whether you can make it in advance, if it's freezable and if you can double the recipe to have leftovers - just so practical! For anyone else who buys the Kindle edition - I actually prefer to open this cookbook on my phone or laptop so I can see everything in colour, but it works just fine on a Kindle too.Thank you Nadiya and team for producing this cookbook!

Simple
Some great quick meals in this book. Well written. Easy to understand. Not too fancy like other books I have bought which have ridiculous ingredients.

Can't wait to get started
Wow, what a read my mouth was watering. I can't wait to get stuck in trying some of these and I love the extras with each recipe. I'm going to substitute some of the incredients to make healthier alternatives as lots of olive oil on the go in this book, and change cream for qwark so fingers crossed! Can't wait to try the roe pate, beetroot pasta and the spice paste for lunch noodles! I bought this book for the kiwi salad that I saw her make on TV! The possibilities are endless, so many to try.Only criticism is the breakfast recipes are a little whakky and probably won't try the majority of them if I'm honest.

Finally a Cookbook for "Real" People!
It's not often I rave about a cookbook, but this one is Fan-tas-tic. I watched Nadiya's BBC programme with my 14 year old son, and even he was inspired to try out some of the recipes. What I liked about it is that it's for "Real People". Simple, fantastic, tasty and nourishing food for everyone. It's even inspired me to sort out and label up my spice cupboard, my freezer etc. I even make up extra extra spice mixes and give them to my friends so they can just add them to their meats or veg. Time saver or what?!

Great ideas and tasty dishes.
I've been trying out many of the recipes from this book and loved them. Lots of family-friendly dishes and new ideas. They're not necessarily always that quick to prep or make, but they are generally worth the effort and are not over-complicted. At times, being able to watch the accompanying series has been helpful, either to help with hints/tips/ instructions or simply to see the dish in a different way. I'd certainly recommend this book.

Good recipes but too much salt!
Lots of the recipes in here sound lovely and we have tried a few of them so far. They are tasty but far too salty! It’s almost as if every time it calls for a tablespoon, it should be a teaspoon. For example, the chicken drumsticks call for 5 tablespoons of salt for 10 drumsticks! Wondered if this was a typo but haven’t seen anything online about a reprint. The chorizo fish stew could have been lovely but the addition of smoked salmon just seemed to make it too salty. Will probably use again but certainly consider how to make the recipes less salty/healthier in this respect.
