Our vet recommended fish oil for our older dog with arthritis to deal with the inflammation. We've been using this product after speaking with the company directly and are pleased with the results and the fact it's free from contaminants and not packed in plastic. Our older dog is more comfortable now and he's not on the harsh pharmaceutical pain meds. His coat is awesome. We've been giving it to our younger, smaller short haired dog and his coat is amazing and much thicker. We feed this along with a raw diet (Darwin's--highly recommend them) and our dogs could not be healthier. We walk 3-5 miles daily with them.

I don't think this really helped my dog with less itching and after a while, she really smelled fishy.

My cat had scabs and bumps all over her coat. Her face was scratched raw. She refused to take the other fish oil with a dropper. It was awful. I bought the sardine anchovy oil and put it on her food twice a day and her coat is clear. Her bumps and scabs are gone, we aren't force feeding her fish oil she hates she is so happy. If your animal has dandruff, allergies or a dry coat buy this! I give it to my other cats as a treat and they love it. My cat has changed so much, her coat is shiny, no more scabs I have to pick off and her demeanor is completely different. We are so grateful.

I hate the smell of strong fish and the unscented claim seemed impossible, but it really is true so that is wonderful. It pumps well and perhaps it is aesthetic that the steel bottle just has sensory appeal over a plastic bottle. I use this for dogs to improve coats, and seems to have improved fur on a couple of my seven dogs who were lacking. I use it for GI ailments in the breed I have. It does seem to cause some itching in some of them, but the salmon version seemed to cause more scratching reaction so this version works a bit better, seemingly.

This is a great supplement for dogs. I think the quality is very high and I like that it comes from Icelandic waters. It is also cold-pressed so the nutrients are preserved. I've been using it for a long time now and am very pleased with it.The bottle it comes in is a huge plus, so much cleaner to store in the fridge and I don't have to worry about chemicals leaching the way you do with plastic bottles. Love the pump top, saves a lot of mess.All around this is a superior product!Anchovy and sardine have a very good Omega 3 to 6 ratio, I believe even better than salmon.

Was recommended by Dr Judy Morgan. Pups like it so can’t complain. Smell is a little off putting but the dogs don’t seem to mind.

I would give it 5 stars, but whats holding me back from that is that they company sent me the wrong oz's. I ordered a 33 oz bottle for my 3 pups and the sent me a 17 oz. The dogs love it, a small 45lb lab/begal mix, a 35lb terrier mix and a 13lb terrier mix as well. Both larger dogs are suffering from itchy dry skin with bald spots and scabs, the poor thing wont stop itching and biting them selves. So we tired everything and when I came upon this product I definitely wanted to give it a try. They love it! licked their bowls clean as I'm writing the review now. No noticeable changes yet but we just started it this week. but we will see!
