Not as much B12 as I thought
Good product overall, it is a little bizarre to take the dropper and have the liquid sit under your tongue before swallowing but apparently it does the trick. I think my body just needs a higher potency of B12 for it to be effective.

I have tried many different soluble pills. The quick dissolving ones you put under your tongue. None of them worked for me, but this liquid is great! I can definitely tell the difference between when I do or don't take it.
