I'm using this coconut powder as a coffee creamer and I am very happy with it. I was trying to stay away from regular coffee creamer powders because of the artificial ingredients and bad seed oils. Also I cannot have any dairy in my diet. This is a great alternative, good ingredients and it taste delicious (a little coconut flavor, but I love coconut) ! Also want to mention that it stirs in pretty well with a spoon. It's a little pricey, but that is to be expected when it's real ingredients. Overall I am very satisfied with this product.

One of my favorite things to do is to sit and have a cup of Chai Tea in the mornings. I jazz my drink up with cinnamon, maple syrup and this Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder. It is amazing in my tea and would be great in coffee as well. The coconut gives it a mild sweetness. It is easy to use. It comes with a little scoop that is perfect for my cup of tea. I like the 2 lb as it is the best value for the money. Easy to store and no refrigeration needed. The only negative that I have, is the zip lock access on it. A canister with a lid is preferable to the ziplock. The powder is fine and is perfect for my use, however, it gets caught in the zip lock making it difficult to zip back up. My favorite part of the day! Sipping my cup of tea with Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder, relaxing and watching the beautiful lake and forest from our kitchen windows. It smells great. If you are lactose intolerant and want to enjoy and wonderful cup of tea or coffee. Try this!

This is so smooth! I’m glad I ran out of mud/water coconut creamer so that I had to find a replacement. This is WONDERFUL!

Love the taste, ease of use and efficiency. Using it to replace the canned milk I have been using.

I was very excited when I received this because it was practically a Costco sized bag making it very much worth the cost. I bought this because I’d been using canned coconut milk that didn’t have gums in them. However that adds up in cost quickly. I thought this could be a cheaper alternative. This has a clean taste and it’s good in my morning coffee. It takes a little effort to mix in but if you have a frother, that will work perfectly.

I looove the taste and consistency it dissolves well in my drink. It tastes good in literally anything I bake with it, and I usually put it in my coffee makes it very creamy and a true coconut taste. It has a long shelf life, and you can store the extra in the fridge for later. I don’t taste any sugar, so there is no sweetness into it which I like it. You can taste the organic content when you’re I didn’t get to your favorites!

I bought this product 8 times during 2020 and 2021 That is 16 pounds total of what I believed was just coconut milk powder. On the Amazon listing, in 2 places it says "Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder Organic" . ( period) . The bag says " keto friendly". Now, looking closer, l see that is simply NOT TRUE . The pic I attached shows the back of the bag saying " Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Maltodextrin". So that explains the unusually sweet taste! And that explains why I gained so much weight during that period. The nutrition label label is flat out wrong . If you look at the nutrition label Iabel in the pic, it says " total sugars : 0" and " total added sugars: 0" ! That is right next to where they tell you that the sugar maltodextrin is an added ingredient! This is serious flat out misinformation. Maltodextrin is added sugar. I feel deceived. The product is quite very sweet and almost candy-like to me. Maltodextrin is not super sweet, so I suspect there is quite a bit added . For all we know, there could be 10%, 20%, 30%, or more maltodextrin in this product. Maltodextrin is higher than cane sugar on the gycemIc index, yet it does not taste nearly as sweet. From Wikipedia : "maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose and may be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless". In no way is this this product "keto friendly"! No one could eat much of this "coconut milk" and follow a keto diet. It would take not much of this product to quickly throw your body out of ketosis. Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar. This means that maltodextrin can cause a sharp increase, or spike, in people’s blood sugar shortly after they eat foods that contain it. I bought this originally because I loved the way it tastes and that it was supposedly healthy and I was unwell, and trying to heal. At that time I was recovering from a severe illness and was trying to eat as healthy as humanely possible. Also, my blood sugar metabolism was messed up, so i was trying to eat zero refIned sugars and only eat foods low on the glycemic index. I was also trying to reduce inflammation and keeping blood balanced helps . I always had lingering doubts about this coconut milk because it really seemed just too delicious and sweet to be only dried coconut milk like the ingredients said. But for 2 years, I ignored my doubts just because it tasted so good, plus on Amazon , the ingredients listed just said " coconut milk organic" and plus the bag says " keto friendly". Anyway, after ordering and eating 16lbs of the Micronutrients so-called Coconut milk" powder, I finally came to my senses and stopped ordering it because I could no longer ignore my intelligence ( and taste buds) screaming at me that this product is not what it claims to be! But only today, 2 years after I stopped buying this product, did I find out for sure that i was right about this product being not what it claims to be! Honestly, I feel deceived and and violated.

im pregnant & craving coffee creamers and i know whats in the market is not great. so i got this and i like it . it creams the coffee and doesnt have a strong coconut flavor
