Dimplex Revillusion® 20" Plug-In Birch Log Set (Model RLG20BR), BTU 5118, 120 Volt, 1500 Watt

This looks awesome in my fireplace and heater works too. I was told that the fireplace in the home I was buying was a natural wood burning fireplace. It was at one point but has many issues that deemed it unusable that way.

We love our electric fireplace in our AZ condo. We like the fact it looks nice and produces heat to takethe edge off on those cool Arizona winter mornings....

We’ve had this insert for less than 2 years and it has always been noisy but now it is making an even louder mechanical sound. I called customer service and apparently the warranty ended a week ago. The part we need is going to cost half of what the whole unit was priced. Totally not worth it. While it does put off great heat, it does look quite fake, which we were willing to deal with until the latest development.

I like the fact that you can either use the logs for a beautiful ambiance in the room or put the heat on for more comfort if you need it. They even look beautiful when not in use just sitting in the fireplace.

When I got it one of the legs was broken. It looked cheep and it looked like a log was missing. When it was on you could see the wheels turning. Very disappointed.

Love this electric log set. Easy to install, fast shipping, an overall good value for the price.
