This is the perfect size pan for cooking for 2 people. This is my go-to pan for most of my meals as its non-stick surface is great and it is incredibly versatile.

Bought this to replace an old, too heavy sauté pan that was loosing its Teflon coating. So pleased with it. Sturdy and well made and just the right size for meals for two, and not too heavy. Cleans beautifully and also cooks at a lower temperature. Great pan… definitely recommended.

I've been using this pan for a couple years now and it's still doing well. Easy to clean with good build quality.

Light, non stick, easy to wash and without any horrible chemicals.

this non-stick frying pan is just fantastic- just wish I'd bought it sooner! The non-stick coating is brilliant- virtually no oil- if any at all- is needed- and the food almost slides around- cleaning it is also a breeze; I'm also so so pleased that it's so light- all in all an excellent buy!

I have just one rather important complaint..A METAL handle on the lid. Affixed to the lid by metal pins. I am a keen cook, and as an engineer concerned with catering equipment of ALL types all my working life. I am extremely aged now, but luckily in full control of body and mind. If somebody not quite as lucky as me went to take this lid off while cooking, they would get a very painful surprise. I deliberately held the handle when in use and found " obviously " that it became very hot. I think for what I would regard as an expensive pan this is not acceptable. I would like some feedback from manufacturers if at all possible. I know for a fact there are many heatproof options for a " safe " handle.

It's surprisingly difficult to find a large frying-pan of good quality that doesn't cost the earth. This one pretty well fits the bill, though it is not cheap at £49 (at time of review). The last new one I had, although non-stick, did not sear well and I reverted to my trusty, old, but rather well-worn one. I'm pleased to say this one will be taking its place.This is a pleasingly heavy pan without weighing as much as the cast-iron ones which need two hands to lift them! It is non-stick but with a safe finish, and it is deep enough to prevent spattering when pan-frying.The heat-resistant handle which I thought was wooden is actually wood-effect bakelite so it is dishwasher proof, though the instructions recommend hand-washing.I am a little surprised that the instructions advise you not to use "extra virgin olive oil or oil sprays as they cannot withstand high heat" which may be a factor if you are on a low-fat diet and like to use sprays. Interestingly another of the guidelines says "Use low to medium heat" so these two statements would seem to be incompatible. I used a high heat to sear steaks before reducing to medium and it was absolutely fine.One last point: the packaging says there is a five year warranty whereas the product description on the web page says 2 years warranty. I would think the former is correct since it is printed on the product packaging.

De pan is geweldig goed voor allerlei bak en braadklussen. Alleen is de bodem bol gaan staan, zodat de olie of boter bij de rand blijft. Niets bakt of brand aan dat is een pluspunt. Een Hema hapjespan houdt een vlakke bodem, want die is dikker, alleen heeft die een teflon coating dat is dus niet gezond. Graag de bodem van deze pan wat sterker/dikker maken zodat deze niet bol trekt.

Extremely pleasantly surprised by how well non-stick and easy to clean this pan is. Previously I thought that only Teflon pans are non-stick, but this one looks and feels a World better, although I've had it for just about 2 months.

La sauteuse, de marque Greenchef, est un très bon produit comme la marque nous y a déjà habitué.La poignet en bois donne un aspect très qualitatif et agréable à la sauteuse.Cependant, il est à remarquer que la poignet du couvercle est en métal. Malgré le rendu esthétique, cela cause une transmission de la chaleur lors de la cuisson, ce qui fait que le couvercle devient très compliqué à prendre à main nue. Dans mon cas, j'ai préféré utiliser un vieux couvercle que j'avais en réserve afin de pouvoir le manier correctement.
