EXCELLENT sleep aid!
Very powerful sleep aid! Nothing usually works well for me. I finally found the perfect combo after years! I make my own valerian root tincture And have it at night with a cup of mugwort tea. Best sleep I've gotten in years!

Works For Stress Relief/ Sleep Quality
This is based on someone who never uses herbal supplements or teas for anything... Since drinking 1 to 2 cups of this stuff a day, my quality of sleep has improved especially on days when I do not receive a ton of sleep, the overall quality and feel of waking up is different. On days when I know I can sleep in, I fall asleep fairly easily and wake up refreshed. The only herbal thing I have had in the past was a capsule of valerian root which tasted literally like sewer out of someones behind... Mugwort tastes way better, but the flavor is bitter. I feel like I am drinking the leaves as I go, but I strain it so I know it's impossible.I have not attempted to smoke this and I have not had any vivid dreams of any kind as of yet.

Bitter, mild poisoning
After reading how useful mugwort tea can be I’ve decided to give it a try. I gave it a try yesterday and I don’t think I’ll ever drink a second cup of this.First, it is insanely bitter. 1 teaspoon per 1 cup water for 10 minutes, add 2 whole teaspoons of honey (usually I put a 1/3 teaspoon in my tea) abs I could only quickly chug it down - that taste was absolutely horrendous. But well, it’s worth it, I thought.Second, less than 10 minutes later I felt horrible. Tachycardia, pulse of 120 - laying down! Couldn’t read, move, abs was dizzy for about 10-15 minutes. In someone older or with health issues it’d be worth a hospital visit situation.Third, the next day. I feel like I drank a bottle of something heavy - without drinking at all. Bad headache, slightly dizzy, my stomach super sensitive. My sleeping oxygen went down to 92 (with 96 being my norm).I don’t know if it’s this particular bag or mugwort in general, but it was not worth it for me. Scary.
