Q: My daughter has a large 22in (56 cm) head. What is the internal measurement of this helmet?

The helmet measures 8 inches front to back; 6 1/4 inches from side to side. The circumference is approximately 22.5 inches. There is a pad in the front that should cushion the forehead. With that cushion in place, I imagine this helmet would be too tight.

Q: I ordered the Frozen 2 helmet with the visor. The visor goes up and down. Is it supposed to do this or is it broken?

The visor does go up and down and is easily detached for when the child would prefer not to use it.
