This is a beautiful dress. It is close teue to size. My granddaughter is a little chunky, so I would might suggest up one size to be sure and play with for a longer period.

Q: My daughter is turning five on October 8th, why size should I buy?

If she fits 4/5 best order 120. If she’s pretty solid or close to fitting well in a 5T order 130. I personally would just order the larger size so she has longer use of it. Can always safety pin it if necessary. And if using for Halloween the extra can be taken up by an extra layer if it’s cold outside again this year

Q: Does this dress have Glitter on it?

It does have a glitter as a swirl design on the light pink part of the dress, but it is well made on there and doesn't get all over the place. It has not come off the dress at all and it's been washed. I've had it since September.
