Ordering additional tags and mine was a 2-pack
I have a few of these tags and I've been using them for over a year. I travel once or twice a month, so the tags have definitely gotten some abuse from the airlines. On the whole, they've done very well. I did recently lose one after I had to planeside check a bag with Alaska airlines. When I got it back after the flight, the tag was missing, but I unfortunately didn't realize this until I got home. Even though the one got lost, I've been very happy with them -- the steel cable seems very secure and I haven't had issues with the screw lock coming undone and I've tested it a few times after reading that this was an issue for other people.I also wanted to mention that I *did* receive two tags with my order, unlike some of the previous reviewers. I placed my order expecting to have to follow up with Amazon about the second tag, but was pleased to receive two in the package. Glad to see that Amazon appears to have addressed this discrepancy.

OK I guess - NOT a 2 pack!
I purchased this tag and should have listened to the one review where they mentioned that they only received one, NOT two tags. When I purchased this, it has 2 tags shown in the photo, and clearly says 2-pack displayed in both the item title and description. The tag itself is OK, I suppose...DEFINITELY not worth $10. The design is nice and it is about what I expected in terms of quality and looks. The reason for the 3 stars instead of less is that Amazon made good and refunded me for half of the cost. I was going to return the item, but I need the tag and don't want to deal with ordering a different one and waiting. Thanks to Amazon for the good customer service though!

A few issues
The build quality on these tags is pretty sub-par. They consist of two parts which are glued or fused together and it results in a rather flimsy product which can give way at any time. Mine are already starting to separate and I've only had them for about a month now. The cable that is used is VERY THING and is also starting to fray. With the cable, you must make sure you really tighten down the clasp well, as it comes loose easily and will fall off in time. I am still trying to figure out why exactly the insert meant to go over the information paper is as impossible to read through as it is. I understand the concept of wanting to maintain privacy, but this goes beyond simply covering up important information and making it difficult to view; it makes it impossible. The only way to view any of the information on the tag is to remove the tag from the bag itself, by which time far worse things could take place. In all, I'm not very pleased with this product and I won't be buying more.

Fell apart first time out
I purchased two pairs of these tags. I placed one on my bag, and when I arrived at the destination baggage claim, it was missing. Happened to put another in the bag and affixed it for the trip home. Missing again on arrival. At home I looked at the other two. I gave them a mild yank and the cord pulled out of the screw fastener on both very easily. That explains why they fell off the luggage. Perfectly worthless.

Presentation is everything. Elmer's Glue doesn't cut it.
Nice and durable feeling. But who made these? Preschoolers with Elmer's Glue? The glue is clearly visible on the reverse side. Ten bucks these don't last on one round trip flight. Waste of money.

Nice design but no privacy flap
I like the design of the tags and the plastic is heavy duty but a bit too heavy for my taste. They also don't have a flap to cover up your name and address.

Why not two tags?
If a product description says "two pack" shouldn't one expect to get two luggage tags? For the exorbitant price of over $9.00, there is only one tag in the package. Product seems fine, but I have two suitcases and only one tag. I am not ordering another for that price.

Not really a 2 -Pack!!!!!
This item is listed as a 2-pack, but when it arrived, I only had one really expensive luggage tag. Seems like a durable tag, and all, but not necessarily worth $10 all on it own.
