Holy Land Market Mens/Womens Leather Sandals/Flip Flops/Slides/Slippers (Jesus - Finger Style I)

I ordered a pair of Toe Loop or Toe Ring Sandals from Amazon and found them very nice quality of construction, great color, and feel and look very sexy according to females I work with. These sandals are Unisex but not feminine. The only problem is sizing but the company furnishes a size chart. I wear men's size 10 1/2 or women's size 11 (my secretary has some sandals with european sizes and her size 11 fit and her size 43 Euro fit well so I ordered size 43.....they are slightly large but still very comfortable. I would not go on a long hike wearing them but definitely wear the shopping, around the office, or at home.....for a male I have small bone feet. Bottom line I love them and will order size 42 for the next sandals I order next spring.

Genuine leather - excellent quality and workmanship

These are the same ones you'll see for sale on the street in Israel. Simple, but durable construction. Leather, stitching and rubber. Don't expect some orthopedic sandal. These WILL need some breaking in. Once broken in, they're very comfortable. The leather seems a bit thin, but it's pressed so when you start wearing and sweating into them, they thicken up a little. They'll stretch a little, but mine haven't. The color will be a brownish red, but the color does fade a little to a sightly lighter tint. They look better after worn bit. I wear a 10.5 mens and bought the 10-10.5 mens and the fit perfect. I really like wearing them. Think of these like getting a Birkenstock. They'll hurt some until broken in, but will last for years. Can't beat them for the money.

These sandals are made from good quality leather and, if it were not for the fit, it would be an excellent buy for the price. They seem very sturdy as far as construction goes. Just like the hippie sandals you used to get in the 60's and 70's. I wear a woman's size 10 and bought the Euro size 41. Getting a smaller size would have made them too short. There is no extra length or width in these sandals' soles. In aiming for both a male and female buyer, they may satisfy neither. The sandal's sole is narrow enough for a woman's size 10 but the straps are loose enough for a man's larger toes and broader foot. Wanting to make them work, I wore them outside, thinking I could walk carefully and keep them on. Instead, I walked right out of them.

These sandals are beautiful, but not well made and impractical for actually walking in. Got 2 months of use out of them before the toe loop broke. It wasn't sewn on, some kinda glue was used instead. Toe loop was also too wide, and i have wide toes so yhats saying sonething. Would make nice looking house slippers, but even with that use I wouldn't expect to have them for very long. Plus, for $63 you can get much nicer slippers, or sandals for that matter. Amazon staff was very helpful with return and refund. Will not be purchasing from holy land again.

This is the second pair of shoes like this that I have ordered. I LOVE them. I wear them year round and I live in the North West (of course....not in the snow). I prefer these to flip flops. The shoes are very comfortable. I have the problem of walking out of other sandals, but with these I don't feel that way. I like the big toe strap. I feel like my feet are secure in the sandal and my feet don't hurt by the end of the day. I have gotten them wet before and there are no issues with that. They dry out and are just fine.

The sandals are very well made and look as advertised. Unfortunately, they are too short in length and I have to return. I probably won't reorder the next size up to get the length. I am afraid if I do, they the rest of the sandal will not have the right fit and be too loose. I will say that I would recommend the sandal as the quality is very good. The bottom is extremely sturdy and looks like they will provide nice support.
