Had this frequently as a child. Still really enjoy the taste

Still absolutely terrible as I recall from my years in Australia and New Zealand!! Might be useful to some but I think if you were born in Great Briton or Australia it may be required as a right of passage!

Love it , I grew up with these - glad to be able to find it in the U.S.

I guess you have to be a UK resident. I live across the pond in the US and I still haven't finished the little jar.

This is way to small. For me.

イギリスに行った時にマーマイトを初めて食べました。 思った以上においしくてくせになります。バターをたっぷり塗ったトーストには欠かせません。普通のトーストに満足できなくなりました。 最近日本で英国製のマーマイトが買えなくなり、Amazonさんにお願いしようと思いましたが、こちらも同じみたいですね… 瓶につくとベタベタになっちゃうのでスクイーズタイプが買えるようになると嬉しいです。

A great buy. The bitter marmite taste has to be cultivated, by beginning with only a limited, sugar grains size, helping, put on the corner of a buttered toast. Even as one grows to like this vitamin-rich spread, one can never go in for a largish helping - its usp is it's smallish use, the optimum usually a quarter spoon. Not a cheap paste, but well worth opening up one's taste buds to the new or unusual.
