Finger Strengthener - Finger Exerciser for Forearm and Hand Strengthener - Hand Grip Workout Equipment for Musician, Rock Climbing and Therapy

I have mild arthritis in my hands. I have started using this exerciser (Light) and notice more movement in my fingers-without pain. This isn't a medical endorsement-just my own personal opinion. I will continue to use it and see how it goes. I imagine consulting with a doctor or physical therapist would be prudent before using-just my opinion.
