Solid probiotic strains.
I am a dietitian and these are quality. I use them, and I recommend them to my patients/clients. Invest in your gut microbiome with probiotics. I do think they are expensive and I wish that they could be sold in larger bottles. You go through them pretty fast and it's not a direct benefit so much as an effort to cultivate your lawn one seed of grass at a time. Probiotics are the seeds that can help build your natural immune system and improve digestion.

Helps with stomach and fat issues
I don't know what to say but, I've had a huge muffin top that, I couldn't get rid of. I eat less with proper exercise and take vitamins but it just wasn't enough. These have really helped and, I can see the difference in pictures. Also, I have less fat cellulite on my legs and stomach and, my stomach appears smaller. A bit pricey but worth it. Being healthy is like being wealthy and trust me, as a heath care professional, if you can avoid medical expenses then, I say this product is worth it.

It worked
I,saw immediate results I,use this brand of probiotics however I,felt immediate results within 1 day on this particular Liver one…. Mind you I,have used almost all the other kind the Ultimate etc but this one for me felt stronger more effective!!!! I,was less hungry etc so yes its doing its job I,highly recommend this brand of probiotics however…
