Yes! These work on paper & cardstock just like regular markers!
I've bought these twice so far. They are great! Cricut doesn't really have a PACK of fine tip markers (only variety packs), at least not that I've seen. Except these, infusible ink markers. I wasn't sure if they'd work on regular paper and cardstock so I decided to find out.Glad I did! I go through a marker every 2 weeks or so. I use them to write Thank you's & address labels for my Etsy shop on my Cricut because I don't have a printer. These work GREAT for that! So in case you're wondering the "infusible ink" works just fine on paper. I've not noticed ANY difference between these and Cricut's regular fine tip pens/markers.

Great for transferring on to wood !
Someone mentioned keeping them tip down in a cup . I have not had any trouble with them drying this way. Thanks makes painting signs faster !

They’re okay, if you use them right
So far, so good. When I first got them I stored them in a cup with the tip up and then i tried to use them. The ink didn’t last long and I got frustrated. I then thought maybe if I stored them tip down, the ink might not do that & so far that has worked. I haven’t made a ton of stuff yet so I’ll update if they run out quickly after but I’m hoping they do well.
