Wellskin Glaxal Base Moisturizing Cream - 450g (15.9 Oz) Large Size

This does not have a scent. It is lightweight but very moisturizing. It is not greasy. I can put it on then put my clothes on and there are no lotion marks on my clothes. It works so well sometimes I condition my feet with it. Lol. I also use it around my eyes during the dry season. It works very well. I am a faithful user.

Spreads well so you don’t need much, and it absorbs well.

I’ve used this moisturizing cream for years and it is the best on the market IMHO. Non-medicated and dare I say hypoallergenic. It is not greasy after it is absorbed into skin within minutes. Plus it doesn’t smell and you can use as much or as little as you like and it is effective at relieving dry skin. Recommended.

This skin cream mixes with water so can be applied as silky rich moisturizer , or can be thinned with a little water for the perfect face cream. It is perfection and I’ve used it for many years on my super sensitive skin. I am disappointed that the company has quit using an inner foil seal. When I order online, the lid has always loosened an some contents have oozed out.

I think the product I received has been previously opened and used. The cream smells HORRIBLE. Like the worst kind of plastic imaginable. Something is definitely wrong with it. My container arrived 3/4 full at best. Definitely do not recommend.

My friend recommended this cream for itchy skin. I tried some and it helped soothing my skin, so I decided to purchase a tub for myself. The shipping box was not damaged, but the cream spilled inside the box. The seal outside was intact, but the seal inside was slightly opened. It looked like it's only 3/4 filled. The product is actually good. 2 stars because it arrived spilled.

This stuff was expensive and works okay. It penetrates dry skin effectively and provides moisture quickly, but I found that my skin dried out again quicker than I wanted it to. I would buy it again if it was not so expensive for it’s quick relief of dry itchy skin.

As a patient cancer suffering from tremendous and unbearable radiation burns and almost done with treatments (completed 22 treatments out of 31), I was lost at which cream or lotion to use to calm down the pain, itching and extreme dryness of the wounds. My oncologist would not recommend anything other than sitz baths and special dressings which didn't work. After speaking to another cancer patient and doing extensive research, I opted to try this Glaxal, product. First, the price was reasonable ($29.99 for 450 gr including taxes, secondly the delivery was to be the next day no later than 10:00 pm with Amazon Prime and I found the package outside my apartment door at 3:00 pm the next day!) There's no smell/perfume and not greasy at all. That being said, WARNING...I would strongly recommend any cancer patient to FIRST and definitely consult with your treating doctor, radiation or chemo oncologist prior to deciding to use this product as an obvious safety precaution. Each patient is different, each cancer is and can be different so what is working for me may not be recommended to everyone. But if you are given the good to go, then don't hesitate. It has not done miracles but it sure has helped somehow.

This is the only cream that I still use for my skin. I have severe reaction to chemicals and perfumes added to lotions. I can’t even use the glaxal base with vitamin E or the oatmeal ones. If you have very sensitive skin type then stop looking and just use this one or the plain lotion one if your skin is less dry. (I have the blistering kind of eczema and I can use this as long as I have no blisters.) Note..yes, I have tried all the creams out there over my 50 years and they don’t work on eczema. You need to find your skin triggers and work with your skin. This is a great starting point. It does not smell wonderful, but it does not smell bad either, kind of neutral. This may not even work for you, but it is perfect for my skin. Thank you.

This stuff is very greasy, fyi! Despite saying non greasy. I face was very very dry, most likely because of my air conditioner. I slathered it on at night, in amounts most would find to be way to much. In the morning it disappeared. I did 3 thick layers each night. After 2 weeks, my skin is finally hydrated! Now I just need to use a little bit, and I have 450g. A little now, goes on a long way. Very very good for sensitive skin.

Glaxal Base Moisturizer was recommended number one by my doctor for radiation therapy. This cream has not been tested on animals and has been formulated without Parabens, Phthalates, SLS, SLES, Triclosan, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Releasing Agents, Hydroquinone. Gaxal base is hypoallergenic, perfume-free, lanolin-free and non-greasy. it is a non-medicated cream specially formulated to help relieve dry , chapped and rough skin. Note: There is a bit of scent with this product; however, it did relieve the burns from radiation therapy.

When the lid was opened, the jar was not covered with a protective membrane, but everything looked more or less normal. The base has a slight medical smell, but it does not bother. Absorbs into the skin and moisturizes very well. There is nothing to say about the effect since I have just started using it.
