Wenige Tropfen genügen für eine Glasur etwas mehr ca 10 für einen Kuchenteig für einen kleinen Rührkuchen oder 25 Plätzchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Aroma es schmeckt sehr natürlich, denn das ist es ja auch. Nur manche schmecken leicht muffig weil sie vielleicht schon länger lagern dieses hier aber schmeckt absolut frisch, wie frisch aus der Schale gekratzt. Jederzeit wieder.
