Works fast and provides relief
I cannot recommend this product enough. I took in a feral stray that usually lets me pick her up but started pain guarding and noticed her chin acne. I wiped it down with warm water but then it got so much worse in a day. Once this arrived, I wiped her chin down with two cotton balls bc the gentle pressure was popping the newly formed sores that sprouted overnight. The relief was so evident. The next time I went to put it on her, she wasnt as reluctant and now the swelling is gone and she seems so much more comfortable. She even stays with me after treatment to let me pet her and this is just the 3rd application in 24 hrs. 5 yr old basically feral stray approved!!

Blackheads gone
This works so well for my kitty. She has black acne all over her chin and lips, and once a week we go and do her facial with this. It doesn't bother her at all and has really made the acne go away. It's not a one-and-done if your kitty is susceptible to acne, it will keep coming, but if you constantly keep up with this, it will get less and less. I might see few pop up here and there, but nothing like it used to be

Works Fast, Smells Like Bleach
My cat has always been prone to chin acne. We use ceramic bowls that are swapped between each meal and sanitized in the dish washer, and yet he STILL gets acne. I purchased this and started using it whenever he'd have a flare up. Been using it for a couple of months and I am IMPRESSED. This stuff clears it up in a day or two! Even the stubborn cyst-like bumps that are under the skin. I was a little concerned at first b/c it smells like bleach and was unsure about using it so close to his mouth. But, I did some research and that's a normal smell b/c of the hypoclorous acid. It is NOT bleach, but the clorine gives it a similar smell. So far, nothing but positives.

This helped me find the real solution
This is tough. This product deserves my praise because it led me to what is actually healing my cat's chin acne, but this particular concentration and applicator is not so good. This barely seemed like it worked but it was better than the zero results from chlorhexidine so I kept at it. The black chin crud on my cat would appear each day, maybe slightly less, and squirting the bottle was very difficult since the liquid just wanted to pool on the surface of the cat's fur so I had to work it in with a toothbrush to get it next to the skin. Not pleasant, and only slight progress. I checked the label for ingredients and saw the .009% concentration of hypochlorous acid so I went looking for that but with a spray applicator as I was rapidly running out of this tiny bottle's contents, most of which was dribbling off instead of soaking in due to the terrible delivery system. (Try holding a squirming cat while squeezing a small bottle of liquid on its chin, and then quick, grab a toothbrush to gently work the area before it all runs onto the floor. Tough with only 2 hands.) In researching I found that hypochlorous acid is a common household disinfectant, safe for babies and pets, and I found that people even spray it directly on their faces to control human acne. Those brands have at least double the concentration in this pet variety, at least .018%, and the 'inactive ingredients' list is exactly the same, just water and salt (sodium chloride). WOW! I got some of another brand with a spray applicator which came in 8X the volume at double the concentration for the same price paid here. I chose a reputable brand that sells 'household disinfectant' and 'skin care' varieties of exactly the same product, the difference being a pretty label and 3 bucks. I saved the 3 bucks and went with the household variety. Just in the 2 days I have had the higher concentration spray the cat's acne is way better, the spray application is so fast and easy, and I am very grateful to have gotten on this path where nothing else seemed to work. Thank you to this product for showing me the way, it was worth buying even though it didn't fix my problem. I hope this review helps someone find out about the 'one cool trick' of buying the chemical in the right concentration and delivery system so their kitty can be healthy, even if another brand. I should call my vet to share this good news when they said there was nothing else to try after the chlorhexidine, perhaps they can recommend this pet and family-safe antimicrobial for their furry patients.

Miracle Product
I don’t usually write reviews but I had to with this product. My cat’s eyes were all gunky with a lot of discharge. I was trying to juggle finances to get him to the vet due to extra Christmas expenses. I googled information about how to care for him at home till I could get him to the vet and this product popped up and I could get it on Amazon. It arrived quickly and after 2 days of using this my cats eyes were normal on the third day. The rough red skin around his eyes were healed and the discharge was gone. I truly could not believe it!!! No need for a vet appt.

Don't wait to take care of your cats acne!
Works really well for my cat's chin acne. We used twice a day, every day after meals (canned/wet food). It improved within 10 days and he rather enjoyed it if we did it while he was relaxed. The smell didn't seem to bother him much as it dissapates quickly. It is the same solution we use on humans for wounds. It's safe and effective. There is still a bald patch there from the acne, since it took us a bit to realize what it was. I've included a before and after of his adorable chin.

Works Okay, But Nozzle Is Frustrating
Works Okay, But Nozzle Is Frustrating. The product itself seems to help with mild skin issues on my cat, but I really dislike the nozzle. It doesn’t dispense like an eyedropper—it comes out the sides, making it messy and hard to control, especially when applying near sensitive areas like the eyes or ears. Would be much better with a more precise applicator.

Works great
My vet said he was getting staph infections, but I think it was pimples. My wife washed his sores with this for a few days, and wham problem solved. The vet would sell us antibiotics which worked but only for about 6 weeks and then the sores would be back. After the first treatment the sores returned in about 6 months, after the second time they have not returned.
