Beautiful color and so many uses!
Wonderful color! I used these to make frosting for Taylor Swift's chai cookies for the females at my bunko club and everyone was blown away when I told them they were naturally colored with Blue Matcha Tea. The tea is good as well, in either hot or cold forms. Blue iced tea? Fun, right? How about blue matcha bubble tea? Yup, I've used this to make some and it's delicious as well as beautiful!

Turn Your Drink Blue and Your Life Around!
Pic: Absinthe with Blue Macha So, this little powder is like the superhero of the plant world—except it's purple and a bit mysterious. You’ve probably seen those fancy blue teas at cafes, but did you know butterfly pea flower powder is packed with so many benefits it might just be the key to unlocking your inner zen master and your superhuman potential? Let’s break it down: Antioxidants: This powder is like a tiny army of antioxidants fighting off free radicals—those pesky things that try to age us. So, yes, it’s basically a time machine in a jar. Brain Boost: It’s been linked to cognitive function. In other words, it might help you remember where you put your keys... or where you left your phone. Anti-Inflammatory: If you’ve been out there living your best life (or sitting on the couch in a weird position), this helps calm the inflammation—making your body feel less like a creaky old chair. Skin Glow: This might just be the secret to glowing skin, making you feel like you’ve just stepped out of a spa. Don’t be surprised if people start asking what your skincare secret is. Mood Lifter: They say it can help with stress, so it’s like a little happiness in every cup. No need for a fancy spa day when you’ve got a mug of purple tea that makes you feel like a million bucks. Plus, it turns your drink an eye-popping shade of blue that’ll make you feel like a wizard brewing a potion—one that’s actually good for you. Drink it, love it, and say goodbye to boring beverages!

Smells like Henna
I've never had this before, so I didn't know what to expect. I tried one mug with one teaspoon of the powder and about one teaspoon of maple syrup. It smells almost exactly like henna! I don't remember anyone mentioning this in the reviews. I henna often, so I'm familiar with the smell. But it tastes better than it smells. Not bad. I'll try a latte with this next time.

Great For Natural Food Coloring, But Will Stain!
I bought this powder to have a natural food coloring for iced lattes to change things up a little. You don't need much powder at all to get a good blue color because it's VERY pigmented. Honestly, it's kind of pointless for iced coffee other than making it blue because you can't taste it. It's is also quite messy and will stain your hands! That being said, I hope to use it instead for smoothies to make fun blue smoothie bowls and just get the health benefit of the powder. Eventually I'll try it in baking as a natural food coloring. So overall not a waste, but not life changing haha.

This stuff is SO cool!! 🦋
Okay, I didn’t expect to love this as much as I do 😂 I got the butterfly pea flower powder just to try something different, and now I’m putting it in everything 🥤 tea, lemonade, smoothies, even pancakes once lol. 🥞 The color is amazing!! Bright blue at first, and then it turns purple if you add lemon or lime. It’s like a little science experiment in your cup 😄 Tastes super light (almost no flavor, which is great), and it just makes everything look so pretty. It’s such a fun way to spice things up without actually doing much. 10/10 would buy again! 🔵

Make a gorgeous cocktail!
Love this stuff. I'm a bartender, love creating different simple syrups. The butterfly pea flower makes for gorgeous colors, oh and when citrus (lemon) is added to the beautiful blue it turns to a pretty purple! I did win a cocktail contest (wildcard round) with this.😁 It is a little temperamental to work with if you get the water temperature wrong when making the simple syrup, had some clumping, that was on me tho...had to do a lot trial and error! Super easy to clean up, I got some of the powder on my white counter, freaked me out at first, but wipes up easily! I appreciate the health benefits aswell, not sure if the alcohol effects it tho😉

made me run to the bathroom every time
this was my first time trying butterfly pea powder n i was rly surprised to find that it had a v mild flavor— which made it a perfect addition to other teas or lemonades ! it’s got a great color and i heard it’s also v good for u. i just have to say that every time i drank this tea, i had to sprint to the bathroom minutes after. i tried drinking this over a course of a week to give it the benefit of the doubt but without fail i had intense stomach issues afterwards. i was completely fine though. i think this might just be a me issue so def give it a try but i’ll prob b using this now for when i get constipated ig.

I bought this product to use as one of the ingredients in my homemade anti aging face cream. I couldn't believe the difference it made in my skin after only one application and it gives the cream a lovely lavender/blue hue. Because I only need 1/8 of a tsp per batch, this will last me a good long time. If you are buying this for drinking, you will go through this pouch much quicker which making it cost prohibitive. Amazon used to be one of the cheapest places to buy products. I don't find that to be the case any more.

I use it in my smoothies but I don't know if it's had any major health benefits. It could. I don't use it everyday. I use maybe twice a week. It is worth buying if you like matcha tea and nice flavour.
