Fixed our micro
This has been installed in our micro for a couple months now and it's working great. It seems to be SLIGHTLY less powerful than the old one, but that could also be my mind playing tricks. Either way the micro was fixed for a fraction of what a new one would cost. I'm happy.

Compatible with Kenmore Model No. 790.80343310 Microwave
The magnetron in my Kenmore Model No. 790.80343310 microwave oven died. I was unable to heat up any food or liquids. When this happens it's usually the diode or the magnetron. I replaced the diode first but that did not work. I next ordered this magnetron and lo and behold I was able to heat things up again. They usually recommend that you buy yourself a new microwave when the magnetron dies as it's an expensive part (mine was costing me around $192 if I ordered from the appliance parts stores online). I could also buy a used one on ebay but since I had put in so much work already I didn't want to waste any more time. The $39.99 I spent wasn't too bad and I thought I'd be better off buying a new one. I am not sure how long this will last but so far it has been working fine for the past few days. Some folks complained that it may be a bit underpowered but I myself am not sure about that . I'm keeping my finger and eyes crossed for now.Anyway, please feel to buy this magnetron if you have a Kenmore Model No. 790.80343310 Microwave or if the magnetron part/model number is 2M319J. I hope this review helps others looking for a suitable magnetron for their microwave. It certainly beats the price of buying a new one.

Very week magnetron.light heating for about three months, then it takes very long to heat anything.

Junk part, junk seller.
Magnetron worked initially, but a little weaker than I would expect for a brand new 900W unit. Fits Kenmore without issue. Completely died after less than 4 months. Seller did not respond to request for warranty.
