This book is exactly what I am looking for. If you looking to change your diet or just looking for some new vegetarian food ideas then this is the book for you! The only thing that is true is that vegetarians can come in handy not in all recipes. However, in order to introduce more vegetables and healthy foods into your diet, the book is excellent.

The healthy fast food
I can't wait to try some of these out, my partner is delighted to try the vegan buttermilk waffles. An easy to follow and well-written book, I will be hanging onto this for further reference whilst cooking meals. Definitely a recommended book for anyone wanting to start a vegetarian diet or just wanting to cook something different.
