I had to be on long term (3 yrs) heavy -duty antibiotic therapy due to late diagnosis of Lyme Disease that had become chronic.My Lyme Specialist in CT also put me on a special Probiotic (called Theralac) and this particular Saccharomyces. The reason for this is because not only do the antibiotics deplete the good intestinal bacteria in the gut, over time they harden the intestinal lining and cause real damage.The Saccharomyces softens (or protects the softness) of your intestinal lining so it was critical to be on both this and a good probiotic.Since I’m having a relapse, I’m going back on the whole regime so I’m adding this back into my daily meds.It kept me well - I highly recommend.

Been using this type of probiotic , but different brand . And it was working magic!But this one , dos NO WORK AT ALLWon’t recommend it !
