I've bought 6 of these for the restaurant over time. A fraction the price of restaurant supply stores. Not sure how long they will last but pretty sure that in 30 years when I need replacement parts NOBODY will be there for us, so might as well buy these. That said, they do seem durable. We have abusive chefs (who doesn't, eh?) and one of the first ones we bought are now about a year old.

Still leaking.. new washer and parts from here. Hurts my hand to get it to stop leaking..

A local restaurant I do maintenance work for, had one of their wash sinks where the hot and cold were just worn and stripped. Another plumber tried to rip them off and tell them they had to replace the entire sink. That's BS. These faucet kits fit right where the original set is. Easy install, and half the price of a new sink and more.
