Super cute mini rolling pin. Just like Mom's but tiny. Good for little hands. I got it for a three year old. The only con is that the product sticker was stuck to the rolling pin and leaves a residue. I am sure it will wear off with time. Very sturdy. Also good for adult to use for times when you don't need the big rolling pin. Not a toy, a real rolling pin.

Took this rolling pin for a spin finally when I made Swedish hard tack, it works beautifully.

I bought this for my toddler to use with Play-Doh (and possibly in the kitchen), and it's been great! Rolls pretty smoothly (though it does sometimes squeak), is small enough for his little hands but also has heft enough to make rolling satisfying. No splinters or issues with it breaking or rusting.

I got this small rolling pin for my granddaughter to use with play dough. It’s perfect. It would be perfect for her to use it if actually cooking, but she’s still little.

I don't like that the finish on the rolling pin is very rough to the touch and the roller doesn't roll.

It certainly looks like the Swedish hard bread roller that Grandma used and is heavy, made well, and of a good quality wood without any splinters. I haven't tried it yet but think that the notches may prove a little too sharp and may need to be sanded down slightly, but it comes with an authentic recipe, so will try a batch first and then update my post! UPDATE! It works great! No need to sand the notches. These rollers are find to find in kitchen shops. So pleased with it!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the rolling pin. I used it for Swedish Knäckebrot. The dimples were beautiful. And, when the dough got stuck on the rolling pin it was easy to peel off. Solid, good quality wood.

there is nothing to dislike about product. ordered for great great granddaughter. can't wait to make pie crust and cookies with her. she being 3 yrs. old, the rolling pin is the perfect size and it is a legitimate rolling pin! the red handles with go with her mother's kitchen decor. win win in my book.
