Kel-Toy Burlap Jute Table Runner/Fold and Sew Edge, 14 by 72-Inch, Natural

I was a bit surprised at just how stiff this runner was when it arrived. I could've sliced bread with it. But after a few washes (delicate cycle) it softened up enough that I could lay it on the table without crimping. Its....rugged looking. Bit rougher than 'rustic', but that's ok with me. Its durable and gives our table a little extra charm without breaking the bank. And I'm not worried about my kids spilling anything on it, or it ripping, or getting destroyed. It was pretty cheap so its easily replaced. I use jute all over the house so its a nice tie-in. You could pretty it up and customize it with some lace trim or fabric paint- just check Pinterest. And it seems to be very "in" right now, so there's that. Just know that this is not soft by any stretch of the imagination and takes some heavy manipulation to get it so you're not covered in scratches.In any case, its a simple but nice enough runner for a small dining table or coffee table or dresser, and at this price, its an easy enough way to dress up your furniture.

I had to recreate the Last Supper and I used these on the two tables to create a authentic look. These are great table runners made of burlap. These are not soft to the touch. You will probably need to steam them before putting them on the table as you will see in the pictures they can have a crease from being folded, not sure if the crease comes out over time or not as we used these for three weeks non-stop but folded them up regularly to store so ours always had a crease. We did not steam them. Pictured are 6ft tables. You definitely don't have to worry about spilling or staining these table runners. I think they give an authentic rustic look and are durable for everyday use.

I like this runner - gives my dining room that "farmhouse" feel I was going for, however I had to iron all the folds out of it (putting a thin damp cloth between the runner and the iron), but the folds still show a little. Was also longer than I expected for my table - make sure you measure the table first. Otherwise it will just stick straight off the end, which looks dumb.

I needed a basic jute / burlap piece to cover a fake plant in a basket in my house. The runner was a decent size to wrap around the base of the plant without worrying about cutting it/fraying or having too much fabric left over that goes to waste. Looks great, excellent value, perfect for what I needed it for!

I went to 3 stores looking for a natural table runner only to buy several that were never quite what I'd envisioned. I needed something natural and simple for my living room table. This was exactly what I'd been looking for and the cost was a huge plus, such a great value! It did come with creases due to the material and how it's packaged. I tried ironing out the creases based on what other reviewers advised and it helped a bit but I ended up setting heavy items on the runner for a few hours to flatten it out even more. Looks great!

Thankfully, previous buyers provided excellent reviews that led me to decide to purchase these, which I used for table decorations at a graduation open house. They arrived with a few creases which were easily removed with a quick ironing, and then looked great. Provided exactly what we needed for the party. Very happy with the purchase, and expect to use them a lot in the future. Well made, good seams and sturdy fabric. Very happy!UPDATE: it’s now 2022 and these are still like new! We use them for events several times a year and they’ve held up beautifully!

Good quality for the price. Shipper quick. Not as thick as I would like but it gets the job done. I have had it for 2 months layered with another runner and it works out great. Durable so far is good.

Nice piece of burlap and better than we expected. It has a strong, tight weave and gives the table a warm rustic look. My wife needed a few different sizes of runners for different size tables we have and this one worked perfect for our 6 foot table. It does have creases because it's packaged folded. Can't beat the price.
