Does this fit a regular notebook and folder?

It does not. It’s a little smaller. More so fits a composition book if that helps.

How big is this bag? it works to put some clothes of my 4 years old kid?

The book bag is actually a great size for a 4-6 year old. I originally got it for my 2 years old daughter and since it was a lot bigger than expected my 4 year old uses it.
