I am a 80 year old lady that loves working outside. I was getting so I couldn't get up when down. Doctor said I was getting older. Accept it. I started this product. Didn't see a result for about a month. I feel much better and move better. Back working outside.

I did quite a bit of research before I bought Benfotiamine, trying to find the best available source. I found the products from Longlifenutri to be very high-quality, with no fillers and made in the USA. In addition, the price is a really good value. I take 2 Capsules during a 24 hour period for Blood Sugar Control and Nervous System Health. This product is very effective for me and I am thankful that I found something that really does work, without the awful side effects that comes with some prescription drugs.

Ok, this might be a long one. Why don't doctors tell you about the benfothiamine benefits to type2 diabetics? Greed! I've watched several real doctors on YouTube take the time to explain how beneficial benfotiamine really is. It made me mad that no one had ever suggested it to me or any other diabetic that I know. Please do your own research. But know this is a synthetic product. I always prefer natural too. Thiamine is water soluble and that limits its benefits. What makes benfotiamine wonderful is it's fat soluble. Benefiting the type 2 diabetic's eye and brain, toes and feet.

I tried this Benfotiamine after researching the many biological processes impacted by my type 2 diabetes. Skin, hair have drastically improved and my overall aches and pains from free radicals have noticeably eased up. Most importantly, my kidney function has improved - the benefits of Benfotiamine for vascular health (and kidneys are vascular organs) are very apparrent to me. I'll keep taking this brand and I am so glad I selected this one. Thank you.

It is actually Vitamin B1, thiamine, and in this form it is easily absorbed. Very critical vitamin.

This appears to be the best product I have found, and at a very reasonable price. I've only been taking it for a short time, and it's not the kind of supplement one would expect to cause immediate, noticeable changes in health or mood right away. But I have a medical condition for which Vitamin B1 is recommended. So why not take the best? Note: This is not labeled as B1. Benfotiamine is a precursor to B1 and is more highly absorbable, giving more bang for the buck. I recommend it.

This item does in fact contain silicon dioxide according to the label on the bottle That I received this morning (September 2, 2024). I was led to believe that it did not. After minimal research on silicon dioxide, I decided to take it anyway.

I received my bottle of Benfotamine today The bottle has a purple colored sticker on it and the other ingredients on the back of the bottle says silicone dioxide. I don’t want silicone dioxide. This is false advertising. This is my third purchase and I’ve never experienced this before I’m angry and they don’t accept returns.

I was recommended this form of Vitamin B1 so I've been taking one a day. So far so good!

I have only been taking Benfotiamine 300mg daily for about 3 weeks and I can feel some slight relief from the neuropathy pain. Its only early days for this therapy.

Slight decrease in overall nerve pain after about 1 month of use. I can't tolerate 2 capsules a day so reduced it to 1 capsule. Will continue to monitor.
