My personal trainer recommended this and for the price point and quality, I am sure glad he did! It has a good grip, its high in quality, and its perfect for the purpose it serves. With Amazon Prime, it's Amazing how they get this heavy ball to you as fast and easy as they do (Prime only available on some weight options). My trainer has a lot of experience with different types of gym equipment and he said when it comes to weight balls, this is your best bang for the buck. I am not a gym rat or anything, just an average guy trying to get into shape and the weight of this ball seems perfect for cardio and cross training. It is also very versatile as there are many variations of exercises you can do with it. j/fit seems like a great company with wonderful insight in fitness gear and a great customer support staff (they follow up with you and back their products up). Whether you want to start training at home or are a gym junkie, this ball will do it!

I was really excited to get this ball and be able to use it for many different movements. We've been trying to build our home gym, I thought this would be a great addition. I've been able to do weighted sit-ups, Russian twists, med ball cleans, weighted squats, and other movements and it works great for all of those. The substance in side does move around if you are moving the ball back and forth, but that didn't really bother me. However, this is not a wallball, like it says in the title. When you throw it up to the wall, it goes dead and just drops straight down, it doesn't come back to you, so you can continue with the movement. I was sad because I was looking forward to having an all inclusive ball (like it says it is in the title). I've only had it for a week, so I can't comment on durability, yet. I just wanted those looking for a wallball to know, this is not your ball.

gets your heart rate up super quick. seems well built. I have had it for a while and despite many attempts to destroy it against my driveway, its still holding up perfectly. I am using it less now that I am following a wieghtlifting program (opting for less strength oriented cardio sessions to allow for better recovery), it's a great tool to keep in my training toolbox. With this slamball you can do full body explosive workouts that are extrememly satisfying.

I carry this thing around everywhere! It is quite possibly the best investment in workout gear I've ever made! You can slam it, carry it, power clean it, walk with it over your head, walk with it in one hand over your head, throw it, wall ball it, sit on it when you're tired, and its tough enough to slam on the concrete. Holy cow! Who would have thought a heavy black rubber ball could bring this much enjoyment to a person's life! The people in my neighborhood look at me like I am crazy when I'm walking around with it, especially doing the "one handed overhead" carry, or "waiter walk" as you may know it. Now I want a 100 lb and 150 lb version! This ball will make you a beast! An animal! A true vanquisher of the weak! No one will even look you in the eye when you are carrying this thing around! They look to the ground in shame, or turn green with envy, but they dare not look into your eyes. You are a catastrophic force with this ball on your shoulder! Get one! Get two! Carry them around and show your neighborhood who's the boss!

I thought 20 lb. was a little too heavy to start, but I found that this is a lot more of a cardio workout than I thought. I haven't really worked my core yet because my lungs give out first. I think this would be a great substitute for running--working you're lungs, but no impact on your knees. I use it out on the concrete driveway and put a piece of cardboard down to prevent abrasions. Ball works great. No bounce. Just thud.

The product is very good I'm very happy I ordered it I wish it was just a little bit cheaper however it is a good quality medicine ball and I could do multiple workouts with it came delivered on time.

Ojo la pelota es muy practica y resistente pero no es completamente rigida o dura, sino que es blanda, no rebota ni nada pero no es completamente rigida para que lo consideren. Aun asi es muy buen producto

The most important thing for a slam ball is the grip. This product has that and more. Easy to clean, a good grip and very durable.
