Exact fit for my 2003 F-150, didn't have modify or any issues with installation.

Direct fit, insalled with the AC Delco advantage rotors. New hardware is always a plus with the pads. Dont forget to use caliper grease on the back of the pads, hardware, and caliper pins when youre in there. And also make sure to burnish (seat/break in) the pads properly after installation Google is your friend on that procedure but I find a back road and go 55 mph then steadily brake down to 35 mph, Get back up to speed and go for a little bit to cool off the rotors (you dont want to overheat them right now) and do it again. I do that about 15- 20 times to get a good seat and then I go on home. Ive had these on for about 7k miles and my rotors are still straight and true, the pads still grip well (not a harsh grip but a nice steady grip) and if I have to stomp on them hard, they stop me no problem! Also nice and quiet!!!Also do not have problems with brake dust anymore.Quality rotors are highly recommended with ceramic pads to prevent warpage.Will buy again

Arrived on time. Installed them this morning. Wire brushed and replaced pads and keepers. All good. A little lite on the grease package. But most replacement pads are.

I have found that it pays to purchase my auto parts from Amazon! These are high quality brake pads that I purchased at much less cash than a parts store.It makes sense to shop around for the best prices when you can buy quality parts for so much less!As far as how long they last, well if they don't last very long it will be because they aren't very durable because I usually only have to install one set of brake pads on my vehicles during the time I onw them.I'm very easy on brakes and they usually last me the life of the vehicle.So time will tell if you don't hear from me in a year or so, they are good!

I installed these in my late 90's F150 and I'm quite pleased with them.I had originally replaced the OE pads with a performance semi-metalic and after about 1k miles I was over the copious amount of brake dust on the wheels from just very short periods of use. They also squealed under light pressure.I have had these Wagner ThermoQuiet pads in now for about 1k miles and they have remained perfectly quiet and the brake dust on the wheels is almost nonexistent. Their molded insulator pad seems like a good idea compared to other pads that have the pad adhered to the back (which usually winds up shifting around) or others that rely on a compound applied to the back. Braking performance is slightly better than whatever the OE pads were but not a light pressure aggressive bite of a performance pad. Totally acceptable to me for normal driving and even with the various extra weight a loaded pickup will see. I also have not noticed any difference in performance from cold to hot nor any fade when hot.Overall, if you just want a quiet, low dust, pad with at least OE performance, I would recommend these.

Purchased these shoes and put them on myself. They fit, are quiet (We'll see about the low dust later) and came with hardware (that I didn't use). Spent a grand total of $11.43 w/free shipping (Prime Member) because they were an "Open Box" item and considered to be "Used". Who hoo!
