Q: my son wears 12 months clothing now, his birthday is in two months. would it be safe to buy a 18 month or would it be to baggy on him?

I think you could get away with either. It will be a little big but should not look to bad and he could wear it again. If you want a less baggy fit for a one time wear then stick with the 12 month.

Q: Can this go into the dryer without the letters peeling off?

It will be fine!! The letters did not come off

Q: Does it come in 24 mos ?

Unfortunately it is available only in 12 months and 18 months on Amazon. Thanks
