This is very comfortable to use and is just the right firmness. It is great under my neck or to support my lower back. It's pretty light too so it's easy to move around. Great project, would recommend!

This bolster is the perfect size for doing yoga exercises on the floor. It's much better than a rolled up towel or blanket and gives u so much more support. This bolster is firm but molds to your back and hips to give just the right amount of support. I was actually surprised how firm it was. It hasn't lost its shape or firmness after several uses. It would also be nice for the neck and shoulders if needed. I'm even thinking of buying another for the office to help with my lower back. It was shipped quickly from the seller with no issues. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that's looking for a little more support without being bulky like a full size bolster.

I have spondylitis in my neck. This helps support my neck when exercising and just for resting as well.

I bought this to support my neck in Pilates but it hurt my neck. Tried it on my lower back but it hurt that too. I would not recommend it.

It didn't do anything for me.. just kind of squished down under my weight without feeling supported or restful. And I'm not a big person at 5'4 and 125 lbs. The dip in the middle might have been less noticeable if the rest of the pillow hadn't squished down so easily, but because it did it just felt extra unsupportive.

I have problems laying flat and breathing, especially during Yoga. This pillow gives my neck the support it needs.
