Anti Snore Ring Acupressure Natural Treatment Against Snoring Stopper Device Finger Ring Sleep Health Care (Small)

At first I loved this ring & definitely started to see an improvement, but about 3 weeks after I started wearing it, I developed a ring rash. I have never had a rash from any jewelry before, so definitely questioning quality of material used.

This silly little ring works. My husband says I'm not snoring anymore. YAY!! I have tried mouthpieces that fell out while I was sleeping and the strips you put across your nose never stayed on my oily skin all night. I understand the theory behind why they say it should work, but I don't know why it works for me when others have not had the same results. My advice would be, for $8, why not give it a try? Update: It's been 5 months and the ring seemed to have stopped working. Since I didn't really know how or why it worked in the first place I was unsure what to do about it. The only thing different that I noticed was that the shiny coating had worn off. On a whim I used the ring I had been saving as a backup (same exact ring from same provider) and it worked!! I don't know why the shiny coating makes a difference but it seems to so I'm gonna stock up!

I have been using my anti snore ring about a year now. I lost one while traveling, and purchased it again. I use the SnoreLab app in conjunction with the ring to monitor my nightly progress. For me, my snore score is always lower when I wear the ring. There have been nights when I forget to put it on, or I’ve gone somewhere and forgot to bring it. I can always tell the difference. This is not a cure for snoring by any means, but it certainly reduces how much/loud I snore.

Used for 2 weeks now, NO DIFFERENCE, looks like cheap metal alloy, not particularly comfortable and has no impact at all on snoring

Amazing! My husband says he can hardly hear me as I sleep. I used to snore very loudly. I also notice I sleep better when I wear this. Just amazing!

I just need to remember to tighten it when I put it on at night. If it's loose, it doesn't work.
