Do these slide off easily? I have thin baby soft hair?? Thanks

No. They came in one big zippered bag

Are they american made?

I don’t know. If you’re looking for top of the line quality i would say look elsewhere. But these are definitely cute. Even if u like half of them I’d say worth the few dollars this costs. I shared at a bachelorette party and everyone loved them as a surprise.
