A great supplement from a brand I trust. If you have a low blood level of D3 and need to take a supplement for that and calcium, it works well. My lab results have shown that I have optimal levels of Vitamin D3 since I’ve been taking the supplement along with my regular multiple vitamins. Just be sure to have your Vitamin D3 level checked in a lab test to ensure that you aren’t overdosing on Vitamin D3. D3 in excess is toxic.

They are just as described and quite convenient. You get a pretty good supply for the money that you spend and as far as I know, they get the job done. The bottle was sealed when it arrived and all the tablets were intact. Can't ask for much more than that. 5/5

These were highly recommended by my Dr. have been taking for a couple years. Price online much better then the store.

It's hard for me to stick or remember taking pills especially when they are a little big but they really work especially if you've never taken anything for vitamin D.
