How do I select the length of the spacer???

Size name is the length of the spacers.

If I would buy the m8, 20mm,eould it be possible to swap out 2 for the 10mm?

You will need a spacers with OD 20mm, our M8 Spacers have 15.5mm. You can get M10 with OD 20mm but the hole is 10.5mm.

Are these made of solid plastic? I want to use them as part of a foot arrangement. Thanks

They have a hole to allow a screw through them length wise but they are pretty solid - you can't bend or squash them easily.
