Sturdy but has a small base
I really wanted to love these but the bottom surface of these dishes is quite small. It fooled me. They appear to be larger than they are. The whole size of the dish is what I wanted but then I noted the surface area of the bottom of the dish is quite small. The angle of the sides is rather steep causing it to be narrow all the way down. Otherwise it's a nice, sturdy dish. If you're looking for small then this is perfect for you.

Very handy
These are great dishes for numerous uses. I'd purchased square dishes and needed this size to accompany the set. Even though they are a different brand, they matched perfectly. Great for sauces, condiments, and small servings of berries or pickles/olives/nuts.

Nice, but easily chippable
Pro: Nice sized bowls, go well with our dish set.Con: Chips rather easily, and we aren't real rough on our things.

Love these. I used them to carry fruits for my mimosa bar. Packaged really well too.
