Measure carefully and I think you'll like this one
These are well made and provide good compression. I severly injured all the tendons and my wrist over a year ago and I am still very limited in how much I can use my arm without a major flare up. This sleeve really helps a lot up to the elbow. I can't explain why. It just does. My only issue is the size, so I will write about my experience with that and the seller. I measured 12 inches around my bicep and wasn't sure what size to order. 10-12 or 12-14. I ordered the smaller size, being small boned I have small wrists. I also figured they would probably stretch out, as well. Well, these are very tight on me and I couldn't wear them for more than about 10 minutes. I had large red creases inside the elbow, around the top band and where the extra compression band is on the forearm. I had to fold the top band down and after awhile they did stretch a little and I have been able to increase my time. I measured the band while on my arm and it is 11 inches. I was afraid to wash it thinking it would shrink back. The seller emailed me about my purchase and when I explained the problem I was having, they explained the product and also told me they would loosen up after a few washings. It was great to get some feedback from them. I haven't washed them yet and I am taking one star off for comfort/fit, but will change that if they are more comfortable after a few washings. Right now I still think I should have ordered the size up. Will let you know.

Perfect for keyboard tendonitis!
I am a programmer and have suffered from crippling tendonitis for almost half of my life. I previously had been using Tommie Copper's long compression sleeves but had to find something else because that product was discontinued. These BeVisible sleeves (ironically named for a computer programmer) are amazing! They have an extra-tight band in the middle that applies extra pressure *right* where it hurts most. The pain is almost bearable now!

Great product...
So far I'm liking this a little better than one of the other comparable set of arm compression sleeves. At first it felt like it might be a little too tight but after getting used to it it feels just right. I tore my long head bicep tendon about a week ago and the doctor decided that it would be best for me not to have surgery even though I exercise and run on a regular basis but I'll also be 65 years old in a couple of months and from what I've read just regular wear and tear can contribute to this type of injury. I just purchased a Bowflex PR1000 and plan to let my gym membership expire and hadn't even set the Bowflex up when out in my back yard preparing to cut the grass, while twisting the gas cap on my lawnmower I felt and heard a pop in the top of my right bicep and experienced pain and then noticed a big indentation between the bottom front of my shoulder and top of my bicep. Anyway here it is just a week later and I'm already gaining some strength back and using my arm more and more with decreasing amounts of pain. I've also been cleared by my doctor to do whatever I want to do and I have an appointment with a specialists as a followup in about 4 weeks. I also cut my grass the very next day, even before the clearance from the doc. I felt if I didn't feel pain it was fine and knowing (MRI proven) that it was already torn what more could I do to it? The BeVisisble sleeves helps quite a bit in providing support and making my arm feel normal. I also use Kinesiology tape as well. I haven't used this on a run yet but did use the CompressionZ sleeve which I like for running and I plan to review the CompressionZ soon. The length is perfect as well compared to the other one which is kind of long. My bicep measures 12.6" and the medium-large is perfect in circumstance and length. My arm length is about 22" from the top of my shoulder to about the middle of my wrist and I'm 5'11" and 165lbs. Hope this helps but I highly recommend this sleeve.

Unfortunately I had to return these because they were too ...
Unfortunately I had to return these because they were too big. Not because the sizing runs large, it is because I am tiny. I gave them a 5 star based on the customer care of this company. They were quick to respond to my query and attentive to my requests. Even if a product does not work for you because of your own body type does not mean the product is not fabulous. Customer Care is key here and that is what gets the 5 stars.

Great Protection!
I love these things. I'm getting older and the skin on my arms is very fragile. The skin tears and bruises easily. I bought a pair of these to protect my arms while I worked on my car , reaching into very tight and dangerous places. These sleeves protected my arms beautifully. This may not be the intended purpose, but they work great.

Not just for young athletes...
The arm compression sleeves were for my husband to wear while he does yard work on our acre of land. He's almost 70, and his skin is thinning. He gets scratched up and bloody all the time from pruning trees, etc. The sleeves work perfectly...not only for compression, which he loves, but also for skin protection. The fabric is amazingly resilient and washes up well. And...he feels very sporty with his bright green arms. We bought two more pair because he loves them so much!P.S. added later: I had ordered another brand of sleeve at the same time I ordered these. It just came late. He tried it on (didn't even come as a pair!!!)just for the heck of it, and there was no comparison. The fabric was just like a jersey...almost no compression...and not breathable. I'm telling you, these sleeves are fabulous!!!

Seems to run small but once I got a size that fit it was very comfortable
Based on the sizing info available, I got the smaller size, but it was way too tight, so it was exchanged for a larger size (the company that makes them helped with this and they were great to work with!). The larger size fits pretty well - I got the compression I wanted on the upper arm, where I am recovering from surgery, with less of it on the lower forearm and it was actually loose on the wrist, enough that I could check my watch easily, which was something I couldn't do with other sleeves. There is a band just below the elbow with a little more compression that felt pretty good too.
