Half ambidextrous
The clip can be repositioned for left-handed carry, but the wing cannot. You can purchase lefty or ambi wings separately, but it's disappointing that they don't include an ambi wing. The fit is very secure on my S&W 642. It will tight that I would only use this holster with a belt. It's not reliable for drawing from your pajamas, because the holster may come out along with the pistol. The extra material where the clip attached limits the comfortable carry positions. Appendix carry has to be more center line to keep that part of the holster from hitting your leg when you lift it.The center of gravity of a loaded 642 is closer to the cylinder (see photo). The holster would be better balanced if the clip mounted there. As the directions state, you really do need to remove the holster from your pants to re-holster the gun because your pants will have squeezed the cylinder shrouds close together, preventing you from re-holstering without undue force. This is a fatal flaw from my point of view. Just get a regular Kydex holster.

Holster is TIGHT on a S&W 351PD.
The holster itself lives up to the name - it's very minimal and the inclusion of a claw is neat. However, the retention is far too tight for my 351PD. The first time I got it to 'click', I thought it was stuck. I have to yank HARD to get the gun to draw - not ideal in a defensive scenario.. Loosening up the kydex with my hands only loosened it slightly. I'm afraid to break it by loosening it more. The only adjustment is the two screws holding in the belt clip. This might fit other J-frames better, but beware if you have a 351PD in 22mag. Maybe over time it will loosen up.

Best j-frame appendix holster
I carry my j-frame when I feel lazy about carrying or I feel unable to conceal my Glock. This hosted makes my s&w bodyguard completely disappear into virtually any clothing I would choose to wear. With this holster, I feel like I’m able to carry some sort of firearm at all times off duty.

Attaches to the trigger guard
Easy to assemble and adjust. The biggest problem with most out of box holsters is you don't have enough room for your middle finger for a proper presentation grip (holding it as if about to shoot but still in holster). This one does because of the adjustable clip. The actual retention is on the trigger guard, it doesn't clamp down on the cylinder. The retention is not adjustable, but it's tight enough that I'm not worried.Depending on your belt thickness, you might have to compromise with just clipping it to your pants and have the belt over the clip. With jeans this isn't a problem, it stays in place just fine.

Carries great, Very tough to draw, hoping it will wear in.
Secures firearm well, carries VERY comfortably, features adjustable cant, which is great. Issue is the draw. Its bad. And its not adjustable. Hoping it will wear in and get a little easier over time. The other issue is that you had better not wear pants with any type of button on the front or be prepared to scratch the finish on your gun - that is NOT the fault of the holster - Just a Head’s up to anyone carrying this.

Great!
I've got a drawer full of holsters, and a buncha pistol options. I use this with a with a Smith and Wesson airweight 642(I think is the model), and it fits perfect, and is crazy comfy. Love it.

Hides any printing perfectly
The claw feature is genius along with the cant. Keeps the full size grip of my j frame from poking out my t shirt and keeps it hugged tightly to my love handles! Absolutely perfect

Exactly as described and what I expected! If you want to carry and not know the gun or the holster is there then this is the choice for you!
