Shouldn't eat this. Most things in jars are on my list of things to not eat (I avoid ultra processed foods..99.9 percent), and given what's listed on the ingredients panel it should not be in my cupboard at all, but it's a guilty pleasure, which I don't intend giving up. I add a spoon of this to a tablespoon of Greek yoghurt, add chopped spring onions and garlic and it makes a brilliant superquick dip for homemade tuna and mackerel fishcakes.
