First rate customer service!!
I bought 3 pairs of the Level fly gloves, one for me and one pair for each of my two boys. First off the gloves are warm!! I’ve always struggled to keep my hands warm but not in these gloves. And the wrist protection is great. I have a stiff wrist from a snowboarding injury in 1992 and even light falls would hurt, but with these wrist guards I’ve had no issues. But the main reason for writing this review is to commend this company for their customer service. The Velcro strap that wraps around the wrist on one of the pair of gloves we got started tearing away from the glove after about 15 days on the mountain. My son was really bummed because he was loving the gloves. We emailed customer service and they responded within one day. There rep apologized, saying they had a bad batch and he sent us a new pair right away!! Thanks guys!! That’s real customer service!!

Very solid protection
I'm brand new to snowboarding. I am also a very nervous snowboarding student (tore my ACL and MCL skiing). These mittens have given me so much peace of mind while learning to snowboard. I've taken a few tumbles and definitely fallen on my wrists in a way that, without the mittens, I definitely would be feeling the pain the next day. I've worn these 6 times this winter and been fine each time. I should have gotten the small but they were out of stock when I needed them so I went with a medium. They're definitely a bit big in the mitten part but the wrist guard is totally fine- I just tighten the velcro around the wrist more. They're also super toasty and comfortable. I'm really happy with my purchase and have recommended to friends. Would totally purchase again if something happened to these (and I'd wait for the small :))

By far, the best wrist-guard snowboard mitten on the market right now....
I've had these now for 3 years and just ordered a backup pair for when my current ones wear out. In my opinion, these are the best snowboard mittens on the market with integrated wrist guards and I've tried a few. I personally hate trying to fit regular wrist guards under normal gloves or mittens and having to take the guards on/off in the lodge. These are very easy to quickly pull on & off and tighten the wrist straps - and are comfortable - you hardly know you are wearing wrist guards until you need them. The Good: 1) Liner is easily removed to dry overnight or wash the liners. 2) Easy to take on/off and tighten wrist straps 3) Quite warm - I've used down to -3degF and it would be possible to add a thin glove liner underneath for colder temps. 4) Nice features line goggle cleaner/scraper and wrist straps to prevent dropping off lift. 5) Vented for breathability (although my hands sometimes overheat) The Bad: 1) The plastic wrist protectors can shift out of place and poke your hands awkwardly. This was an issue when I first got them but once I learned how they are designed, it no longer gives me an issue ever. 2) Wrist protectors can get positioned upside down or incorrectly when you remove the liner. Once you learn to put the liner on, pull the plastic wrist protectors on the liner, and THEN insert your hand into the outer waterproof liner, it's is easy and fast. 3) Some times my hands overheat if it is over 20degF. I used to have a second set of globes I used for warm days but now I've just started using a thinner liner inside these for warm days.
